2 years, a variety of experiences:
- Rotate through 3 Mazars offices (Paris, London and Berlin)
- Experience a variety of business lines of your choice selected within the large Mazars panel*
- Gain knowledge and skills through our "international academy boost"**, a tailored training and mentoring program
- Become an ambassador of the program with strong stewardship responsibilities
- Join Mazars one of the offices at a Senior grade once you have completed the program
*Audit & assurance, Consulting, Financial advisory, Legal, Outsourcing, Sustainability and Tax
**Dedicated modules including training specific to the different professions, soft skills training, and optional language training.
What awaits you?
Your first 2 years at Mazars as part of the Mazars International Talent Program:
- September: “International Academy Boost” in Paris
- October - April: First out of three rotations
- May: “International Academy Boost” in Paris
- June - December: Second out of three rotation
- January: “International Academy Boost” in Paris
- February - August: Third and final rotation


Job requirements
- Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Professional fluency in English (C1 level minimum)
- International experiences and other language skills will be a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and to ensure the quality of work
- A team player & Relationship builder
- Excellent IT skills
- Availability from September 2022
