Nous faisons des métiers sérieux... sans se prendre au sérieux. Si vous souhaitez construire votre propre parcours et que vous aimez entreprendre, vous êtes au bon endroit !

Vos principales missions

Our team specialises in high‑value, sensitive, and time‑critical situations, supporting C-level leadership in environments where complexity, uncertainty, and compressed decision horizons are high. We intervene across a broad and diverse scope, working transversally on financial, accounting, and operational issues, including:

  • Operational diagnostics in subsidiaries in difficult situations: degraded financial information, restricted access to key interlocutors, management or governance failures, or post-acquisition environments with limited visibility.
  • Accounting reconstruction and remediation: rebuilding financial statements after a system failure, correcting material accounting errors under time pressure ahead of closing or audit deadlines.
  • Financial reporting and KPI implementation: establishing reliable reporting lines between headquarters and geographically distant or politically complex subsidiaries.
  • Crisis and profit warning management: assisting boards and senior management in quantifying accounting impacts, establishing short term action plans, and stabilising operations.
  • Interim finance leadership: temporarily taking charge of a finance function to bridge a critical gap created by an abrupt departure, a serious dysfunction, or a post-acquisition integration challenge.
  • Setting up and winding down structures: assisting clients in establishing new entities or operations in complex countries (subsidiary openings in Africa, Latin America, Asia, post-M&A take-overs), as well as managing closures, demergers, workforce reduction plans (PSE, RCC, PDV), and the financial, legal, and operational consequences of ceasing or scaling down activities.
  • Complex project management (PMO): providing a structured, on-the-ground project management office where no governance framework exists and critical deadlines are at risk.
