Vos principales missions

We are seeking a people sustainability analyst to ensure our adherence to the CSRD, with a special focus on the ESRS S1 disclosure requirements. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decisions and optimising people practices across our international partnership. As a key member of our people engagement team at Forvis Mazars Group level, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust framework for people and DE&I data collection, analysis and reporting. The position is based in Paris, France.

Main responsibilities (non-exhaustive list)

As part of the People Engagement team, you would

  • Be part of a team that with regards to CSRD is responsible for reporting around the S1 disclosure requirements which is focused on "our people / workforce".
  • Gather quantitative and qualitative KPIs relevant to ESRS S1 disclosures from HR and DE&I leaders across the 100+ countries where we operate to ensure continuous integration, alignment with industry standards and best practices in regard with sustainability expertise & strategies and compliance.
  • Be an integral part of the analysis of our annual engagement survey and able to draw relevant analytical conclusions on organisational, country and team level.
  • Analyse consolidated KPIs to measure, track and assess our compliance with ESRS S1 requirements and identify trends, patterns and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure regular guidance for HR and DE&I leaders on their progress in formalizing key actions, policies and targets to enhance performance across material ESRS S1 topics in line with CSRD requirements.
  • Collaborate with our group corporate sustainability team, HR and DE&I leaders and other stakeholders to identify, assess and track the evolution of material ESRS S1 impacts, risks and opportunities, adapting action plans and mitigation strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and coordinating with HR and DE&I leaders in our 103 countries.
  • Facilitate engagement and coordination between group and countries to share key findings from data gathered to help both group and country entities to implement meaningful initiatives.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare our performance on material ESRS S1 topics and compliance with relevant disclosure requirements against industry peers and best-in-class organisations, identifying opportunities for learning and improvement.

Votre profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organisational behaviour, sustainability, statistics, or a comparable discipline is required, with at least a first experience in data analysis.
  • Understanding of key corporate sustainability regulations (CSRD in particular) and its disclosure requirements, combined to practical experience in producing associated deliverables (e.g. DPEF in France or other frameworks) and first experience in participating in double materiality assessments.
  • Relevant experience in consulting and/or in corporate sustainability (e.g. at an accountancy firm or in a CSR team);
  • Possess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Excel, SPSS, SAS).
  • Exhibit exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness.
  • Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written). Other languages like French or Spanish are a plus.
