Vos principales missions

The Confirmed Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large-scale software development or multidisciplinary initiatives from conception to delivery. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline expectations, and acting as a key partner for internal and external stakeholders. A background or exposure to financial audit processes is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, QA, designers, vendors, business experts).
Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
Understand software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Required Profile

Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
5 years of experience in project management, with references.
Experience in software development environments or multidisciplinary projects.
Exposure to financial audit principles is a strong advantage.
