The Group Leadership, Education & Culture (LEC) team focuses on executive & leadership development and culture enhancement. We are actively committed to deploying a full-fledged education strategy for (future) leaders in our organisation.
The role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and resourceful intern to join our Group Leadership, Education & Culture (LEC) team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the coordination and implementation of international leadership development programmes. You will support administrative and operational aspects of several high-impact initiatives, gaining international exposure and experience in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an intern, your role will focus on supporting the coordination and delivery of Group-level projects and programmes, working with internal stakeholders and leveraging various digital tools to ensure smooth and timely execution of various initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Programme Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the coordination, delivery and follow-up of modern leadership development programmes targeted at high potentials and leaders at Forvis Mazars (from preparation to wrap-up phase)
- Organise learning sessions and coordinate attendance (for online webinars and on-site seminars), managing logistics, ensuring smooth organisation and a seamless experience for participants and facilitators alike.
- Administrate, monitor and assist participants in completing pre-work and personality tests ahead of learning events, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Help drive the continuous improvement of existing programmes through operational support and feedback collection
- Act as the main liaison for participants and stakeholders (including business leaders, Partners, trainers, professors, and external vendors), ensuring consistent, reactive and clear communication and follow-up throughout the programme lifecycle.
Global Project and Process Support
- Provide operational support for Talent Development processes and Performance reviews, using digital tools and platform
- Monitor and track key milestones and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure process alignment and completion
- Ensure data collection and compilation, coordinating with 100+ countries to validate and update pipeline information (making sure data is accurate, up to date and relevant)
- Serve a key contact for key stakeholders (Country Leaders, business leaders and Partners)

- Highly organised, detail-focused, and autonomous
- A service-oriented mindset and approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in fast-moving and fast-changing environment
- Digital savvy with good analytical skills (and at ease with data manipulation and MS Excel)
- International outlook and experience, bilingual English (and ideally in French)
