We are currently looking for an SEO Executive to join the Group Marketing & Communications (Marcom) team.
In this role you will be in contact with our Marcom community around the world, acting as the SEO and SEA specialist, interacting with a broad range of international stakeholders. You will participate in defining and implementing the SEO strategy of Forvis Mazars Group, and will share your knowledge and expertise with our community of marketing & communications practitioners.
Alongside SEO, you will assist in developing our SEA campaigns and strategy, and build reporting based on relevant metrics.

The role
- Propose, define and deliver a keyword-based, content-based and technical audit of the Forvis Mazars Group digital ecosystem (more than 100 websites) and a KPI-driven strategy to enhance our SEO performance
- Produce, maintain and update SEO guidelines
- Provide direct SEO support to the Group Marcom team, and SEO guidance to our global marcom community
- Deliver SEO training and explore creative ways of sharing your expertise with others
- Take part in the maintenance and improvement of our monitoring dashboards, focusing on SEO and SEA related KPIs
- Monitor SEO and digital websites’ KPIs on a day-to-day basis, reporting back and suggesting recommendations and actions when necessary
- Write and provide support for written content (in English), with the aim of ensuring our content production is compliant with SEO best practices
- Follow SEO industry trends and keep yourself up-to-date with the latest developments
- Design and support our SEA campaigns and strategy
- Build relevant reporting using metrics
Votre profil
- At least one year experience working on SEO projects (agencies or corporate)
- Fluent in English with excellent writing skills. Other languages (specifically French) would be advantageous.
- A solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and a strong interest in the SEO and digital marketing industries.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console and other SEO tools
- Good knowledge of SEA/Google Ads/ Display
- Process-driven, reactive, client-oriented team player with attention to details and a sense of initiative.
- Organisation skills and ability to communicate and work with a large number of stakeholders
- An experience working abroad and/or in a multicultural environment would be advantageous.
- Good level of autonomy and fast learner.
- Good at explaining technical things in a simple and clear manner.
